    Remote-team learning platform. Co-built the company through funding and scale during the pandemic and the downturn that followed.

    Four years inside Michelin. First as senior facilitator for leadership across Central, Eastern, and Northern Europe; then as project lead for a cultural-change initiative across seventeen European countries. The operating-discipline schooling that anchors the rest of the work.
