How the work runs.
Most engagements are scheduled four to twelve weeks out. The right window for a keynote is shorter; the right window for a program is longer. Below is what's actually true about how Robert engages, regardless of mode.

Most preparation work happens here; delivery happens wherever the client is.
Most engagements are EMEA-based. Trips to North America, Asia, and the Gulf are scheduled with longer lead time and only for the right format.
Programs can be delivered in English globally or in Romanian for Romanian-speaking audiences. Translation can be arranged for other languages on request.
Shorter notice is sometimes possible for the right engagement; honest about what we can do well in the time available.
Robert reads every email personally. Responses go out within 1–3 working days.
Senior leadership work earns a room. Virtual delivery is available for specific formats but is not the default.
Engagement details and client work remain confidential. References available on request to qualified buyers.
